Nicole Goodwill has over 15 years of carrier experience and more than 4 years of broker experience. Prior to starting her own agency, Nicole was a broker at one of the largest agencies in Utah as well as a PEO. Before becoming a broker, Nicole was the Director of Sales for Opticare of Utah driving the expansion of Opticare into __ other states while managing the Utah market. In this role, she created new partnerships, and oversaw system expansions, provider relations and reporting tools--growing Opticare over 4 ½ years from 319 groups to over 600. Prior to joining Opticare, Nicole was the top Account Executive at EMI Health and played a crucial role in expanding EMI’s school district exclusive business to the commercial market. During this expansion, she assisted in creating many new start-up self-funded pools for specific groups. Nicole began her career in the industry 19 years ago at Dental Select where she was top Account Executive for 5 of her 7 years, working closely with underwriting, reporting and customer service.

Laurie Padjen has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to Goodwill Benefits Group, Laurie worked for Delta Dental in the Provider Relations department. Delta Dental Insurance company is the largest dental insurance company in the country. She was the primary contact for the Utah Medicaid providers and acted as a liaison between the provider and Delta Dental Insurance. She understands the provider credentialing process and acted as account manager to investigate, resolve and communicate provider claim issues or route to the appropriate party for resolution. Before working at Delta Dental Insurance, Laurie was one of the top account executives for EMI Health where she developed insurance broker relationships, had underwriter interaction (negotiation on premium), provided group administration, presentation of benefits and account management. Laurie began her career as treatment coordinator/office manager for a small dental office. With her experiences as an office manager she understands how confusing and frustrating it can be with all the changes in the governments’ Healthcare Insurance Exchange program. Tavish Monroe joined Goodwill Benefits Group in late 2016 bringing a strong User Experience background. Prior to becoming the UX designer for Goodwill Benefits Group, Tavish was an Account Manager for the fastest growing diabetic supply company in Utah.
He is skilled UI and UX Design, enjoying the challenges of customizing each page to benefit the clients and gain recurring customers.
